The road that continues west of Chora Sfakion, leads to Anopolis and then to Aradena, and ends at the village of Agios Ioannis, where starts the hiking trail.
Start walking through the pine forest of Agios Ioannis
until the Selouda location

On Selouda, you will be able to admire the magnificent views
to the coastline of southern Crete and the endless of the
blue Libyan Sea.
Then, climb down the ancient paved path that will lead
you to the beach of Agios
Pavlos
.
Be aware that there is a tavern on the beach of Agios Pavlos,
in case you want to quench there.
The distance from Agios Ioannis to the beach of Agios Pavlos is about 6 km, and from there to Agia Roumeli about 4 km.
From Agia Roumeli, you'll return by the ferry to Chora Sfakion. Take a look of the ferry schedules.
